GetRun FAQ
- What is GetRun?
- GetRun by Getcore is an Indonesian aggregator of generative AI models. One account opens image, video, audio, and text models from many providers, run through the Studio interface or a single REST API, and paid for from a rupiah balance as you use it.
- How does payment work?
- Prepaid. You top up a rupiah balance through QRIS, and it is drawn down each time a model runs. The price is shown before anything runs, and there is no monthly subscription renewing in the background.
- Can I pay with QRIS, without a credit card?
- Yes — and QRIS is currently the only way to top up on GetRun. No credit card, PayPal, or foreign bank account needed. Scan the QR from any bank or e-wallet app that supports it.
- Am I charged for failed tasks?
- No. Your balance is reserved when the task is created, and that reservation is released automatically if the task ends in failure, so the balance comes back whole.
- Does GetRun have an API for developers?
- It does. Every model is called the same way: POST /v1/tasks to create a task, then GET /v1/tasks/{id} to fetch the result. Chat models use POST /v1/chat/completions, which is compatible with the OpenAI SDK.
- Can I use GetRun from Claude or another MCP client?
- Yes. GetRun also runs as a remote MCP server with OAuth 2.1, so MCP clients can run models against your GetRun balance without copying an API key.
- How long are generated results kept?
- Output URLs are served from a CDN and expire after 7 days. Copy the files to your own storage if you need to keep them longer.
